Robyn Segal

Robyn Segal is a seasoned public health professional with diverse experience in epidemic response and global health. Currently serving as a Medicaid Expansion Regional Support Specialist at North Carolina Community Health Center Association since January 2024, Robyn previously worked as an Outbreak Specialist with Partners In Health, where responsibilities included investigating Covid-19 clusters and coordinating case investigation efforts. Other roles include supervising community tracing teams, managing global health programs at APHL, and coordinating visits at Agahozo Shalom Youth Village. Robyn holds a Master's Degree in International Development and Public Health from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Public Health from the University of South Florida. Certifications include Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
