Irina Gowen

Irina Gowen has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as a Preferred Network Representative at Health Choice since May 2016, where responsibilities include collaborating on provider-specific strategies for performance improvement and reviewing inpatient utilization reports. Prior to this role, Irina worked at UnitedHealth Group from October 2014 to May 2016, initially as a Service Center Supervisor overseeing a team of Service Advocates, and previously as a Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator. Irina's career began at Mesa General Hospital from May 1997 to July 2000 as the Director of the Health Information Management Department, managing coding and compliance operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Phoenix College and a Healthcare Management Certificate from The University of Georgia.
