David K. Etheridge has more than 25 years of executive experience in the public sector with expertise in human resources, benefits administration, plan design, and healthcare contract negotiations. He has vertical expertise in healthcare cost reduction strategies regarding Third-Party Administrators. He has partnered with numerous actuary firms regarding healthcare and defined benefit plans for pension services.
His Board and Association services are vast including the IPMA-HR Member 1998 – Present (IPMA-HR SCP Certified); Board Member, IPMA-HR Central Region 2001 – 2005; host of the 2007 IPMA-HR International Training Conference in Dallas, TX.; former Board Member to CPS HR Consulting; a National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) member and speaker; a Texas Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems (TEXPERS) member and speaker; and Board Chair to the Community Council of Greater Dallas 2018.
David has an MBA degree from William Woods University, a certification in portfolio management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed life and health agent in twenty states.
