Jeffrey Oakman

Jeffrey Oakman is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Health Cost & Risk Management LLC since January 2018, Jeffrey specializes in creating custom .NET ETL solutions for processing medical claims data. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked at MEDai from August 2003 to December 2017 as the lead developer and architect for the Risk Navigator Clinical and Provider reporting applications. Jeffrey's career began at Lucent Technologies, where from April 1996 to October 2002, leadership was provided in designing and developing an application for home office setup. Earlier experience includes a developer role at Tax Shop from August 1993 to April 1996, where Jeffrey developed vital file management and tracking applications. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1988 and 1992.
