Christian Bridgers

Christian Bridgers has over 30 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Christian is currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at the Health Data Analytics Institute, a role they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Software Engineering at the same company, starting in September 2019.

Before joining the Health Data Analytics Institute, Christian worked at Slalom Build as a Solution Principal from June 2017 to September 2019.

From June 2013 to June 2017, Christian worked at Optensity, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer. In this role, they served as the UI Lead for the company's core product, AppSymphony, and led the development of award-winning mobile apps.

Before that, Christian worked at DPC from December 2010 to June 2013, where they held the position of Lead Software Engineer, Architect, and Consultant.

Prior to DPC, Christian worked at SAIC from November 2001 to November 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer and Consultant. Christian served as the UI Team Technical Co-lead and played a key role in developing core applications with a user base of 14,000 analysts.

Christian's career began at ePropose in November 1999, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and led the design and development of RenderSuite, a web-based MVC framework. Christian left ePropose in September 2001.

Before ePropose, Christian worked at SAIC as a Software Engineer and Consultant from January 1996 to November 1999.

Christian's early work experience includes a position at IBM Government Systems as an IT Support/Programmer from January 1995 to January 1996, and at Bowie State University as an IT Support/Graphic Designer from February 1991 to October 1995.

Christian Bridgers attended Bowie High School but the duration of their studies is unknown. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
