José Rodriguez

José Rodriguez has an extensive background in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles spanning over two decades. José has served as a Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Health Federation of Philadelphia, Chief Diversity Officer at Cabrini University, Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Penn State Abington, Director of Intercultural Affairs, and Director of Minority Affairs. José has demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing initiatives to promote inclusive and equitable environments within educational institutions and the community. José has also been involved in student support, campus programming, training, and counseling throughout their career.

José Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Allegheny College in 1989. José later pursued a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. In addition to their degrees, they obtained various certifications including CPR & AED in 2016 and a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Certificate from the Weitzman Institute in 2023.
