Sri Alathur

Sri Alathur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and Agile consulting. Currently, Sri serves as the Founder and Artistic Director of Jolly Genie Theater Company and the Founder and Principal at Opulentrix, where Sri leads efforts in organizational redesign for improved customer experiences and digital transformation. Sri has held significant positions, including Director of Release Train Engineering at Healthfirst and Head of Customer Experience Programs at Thomson Reuters, advising on enterprise strategy and Agile practices. Previous roles include impactful leadership at Comcast and AT&T, where Sri managed customer experience projects, data analysis, and Agile development initiatives. Sri holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bangalore University and an MBA in Strategy Management from Rutgers Business School.
