Ashley Emerson is an accomplished leader in international development and climate advocacy, currently serving as CEO Business & Scale and Chief Innovation & Programs Officer at Health In Harmony since February 2018. Emerson has replicated impactful models alongside Indigenous communities globally and oversees extensive research collaborations to advance climate justice. As Lead Developer at Rainforest Exchange, efforts are underway to connect rainforest solutions with a global audience through a new app. Previous roles include Director of Education and Outreach at 15-40 Connection, Co-Founder of Airspray Worcester, and various leadership positions within organizations focused on healthcare, economic development, and humanitarian aid. Emerson holds multiple degrees in International Development and Public Health from Clark University and Southern Connecticut State University.
