Anmer E. Ayala

Anmer E. Ayala is a skilled Public Health Analyst with significant experience in health information technology and program management. Currently serving at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) since May 2020, Anmer specializes in acquisition planning, contract management, and budget analysis, holding several certifications as a Contracting Officer’s Representative at various levels.
