Anouk Wagenaar

Anouk Wagenaar has a diverse background in human resources and leadership roles, with a focus on innovation, change management, and talent development. Currently, Anouk serves as the Program Manager at New West Health & Innovation District and as the Managing Director of the Sanquin Academy team at HID in Amsterdam. Prior to this, Anouk held various HR positions at Sanquin and served as a Freelance HR consultant at Wagenaar consulting. Anouk's expertise also includes roles as Head of Learning & Development and HR business partner within the blood bank management team.
