David Feniger has extensive legal work experience. David started their career in 1998 as an Associate Attorney at Downey Brand LLP. In 2000, they joined the United States Department of Justice as a Trial Attorney. After six years, they moved to Seyfarth Shaw as Of Counsel in 2006. In 2007, they joined Health Net Federal Services, where they held various roles including Executive Counsel, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, and Vice President and General Counsel.
David Feniger has a strong education background, with a range of degrees spanning multiple years. David began their educational journey in 1987 at the University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics. David successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1991.
Building upon their achievements, David Feniger enrolled in the Boston University School of Law in 1992, where they focused on obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. After three years of dedicated study, they completed their legal education in 1995.
Continuing their pursuit of academic excellence, Feniger further enhanced their knowledge and skills by joining California State University-Sacramento in 2021. Here, they embarked on a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, which they are on track to complete in 2022. While the field of study for their MBA is not specified, it represents their dedication to expanding their expertise in the business realm.
