Dr. Michael Snedecor started their work experience in 2004 as a Preventive Medicine Consultant to the AF/SG and Chief of the Public Health Division at AFMOA. Michael later worked as a Medical Director at Spin Systems from 2008 to 2010. Then, they joined Madigan Army Medical Center, where they served as the Director of the Population Health Management Division from 2010 to 2016 and as the Medical Director of Quality and Safety from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Medical Director at Health Net Federal Services since 2018.

Dr. Michael Snedecor holds an MD degree from Baylor College of Medicine, where they studied Medicine. Michael also has an MPH degree from San Diego State University, specializing in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Sport and Exercise Medicine. In 1995, they obtained the Diplomate certification from the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Additionally, in 2014, they acquired the Subspecialty certification in Clinical Informatics from the same institution.
