Kenneth Trass

Kenneth Trass serves as the National Manager of Learning and Development at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since October 2022. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Aotearoa, New Zealand Manager at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, where responsibilities included leading a culturally safe team and managing various physician training programs. Kenneth's earlier roles include Professional Development Manager at The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and the New Zealand Law Society, where a focus was placed on professional development initiatives for health and legal professionals, respectively. As an Educational Consultant from 2014 to 2018, Kenneth optimized educational workflows and developed assessment programs. Kenneth's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Leadership from Massey University and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching from Victoria University of Wellington, complemented by a Bachelor of Horticultural Science from Massey University.
