Rob Lindley

Rob Lindley is a seasoned compliance and health policy professional with extensive experience in various legal and compliance roles. Currently serving as Compliance Manager and Privacy Officer at Health Plan of San Mateo since October 2019, Rob oversees internal audits and maintains the organization's privacy program. Previous positions include Compliance Program Manager, Staff Associate at Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP, and various attorney roles focusing on health-related legal issues. Rob's foundational experience includes consulting for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System and providing advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Rob holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and an MPH in Health Policy from The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health.
