Monica De La Cruz, MPH, is currently a Graduate Student Affiliate at the Institute for the Study of Societal Issues and holds various roles at the University of California, Berkeley, including Diversity and Community Fellow and Graduate Student Researcher for the SHARE Program. Monica is involved in research initiatives focusing on reproductive health equity and unconditional income supplementation for low-income pregnant women. Additionally, contributions include participation in the Health Policy Research Scholars program and teaching as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco. Previous experience includes program management for the Pediatric Advocacy Program at Stanford University and research roles in various institutions, along with a solid educational background featuring a PhD in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MPH from the University of San Francisco.
