Bryan McDonald

Bryan McDonald has extensive work experience in finance and operations leadership roles. Bryan is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Health Quality Innovators (HQI) since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at ReedTMS Logistics from October 2018 to the present. In this role, they successfully transformed the accounting team and focused on improving strategic drivers of profitability.

Bryan McDonald also has experience in the healthcare industry. Bryan worked at LifeLink Foundation from 1996 to 2018, holding various roles including Chief Operating Officer & CFO and Chief Financial Officer & Director of Strategic Planning. During their tenure, they led turnaround efforts, managed financial and business operations, and introduced industry benchmarking to improve business operations.

Earlier in their career, Bryan McDonald worked as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. and as a Flight Medic in the USAF. Overall, they bring a strong background in finance, leadership, and business development to their roles.

Bryan McDonald holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Florida, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at the same university from 1987 to 1991. In addition, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Hillsborough Community College from 1986 to 1988. Bryan also has two additional certifications, including a Leadership Development Program (LDP) from Eckerd College in 2017 and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from the AICPA, acquired in May 1993.
