Nick Padula

Senior Vice President at Health Recovery Solutions

Nick Padula has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and digital connectivity. Nick currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Health Recovery Solutions, where they lead the development and implementation of advanced telehealth and remote patient monitoring solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President at Therapy Brands, where they played a key role in providing effective solutions to address the needs of mental and behavioral health, substance use recovery, and rehabilitation populations. Nick has also held various leadership positions at Philips, including Vice President of US Government Health, Vice President of Health and Human Services, and Vice President of Solutions Strategy for North America. Nick was responsible for leading solution design with healthcare organizations and customer teams, as well as driving large-scale and innovative engagements throughout the healthcare continuum. Before joining Philips, Nick worked at GE Healthcare, where they served as the Global General Manager and held several management roles in the Diagnostic Imaging division. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated a commitment to improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Nick Padula has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Nick also pursued executive education at Harvard Business School, with a focus on Leading Change and Organizational Renewal as well as Aligning Strategy and Sales. Additionally, they attended Cornell University ILR School, where they obtained a degree from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, specializing in Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining. Nick Padula has also received training from the United States Army, attending Airborne School at Fort Benning in Class#13-87, and completing the Armor Basic Officer Leaders Course at the United States Army Armor School. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the PMC Level I and PMC Level II certifications from Pragmatic Institute in February 2022.
