Dhana Frances (formerly Leal)

Dhana Frances (formerly Leal), CSM has extensive work experience in various leadership and project management roles. Dhana served as the Director of Sales Operations at HealthAxis Group from March 2020 to present, where they oversee sales operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of PMO at the same company from June 2018 to March 2020. Before joining HealthAxis Group, Dhana worked at Visionary Medical Systems, Inc. as the Director of Implementation, Training, and Support from June 2007 to December 2012, where they played a crucial role in developing new business lines and technology. Dhana also has experience as the Director of Operations at Health Choice Network from June 2006 to June 2007, where they managed operations and budgeted expense business lines. Dhana has held various other roles throughout their career, including Director of Operations and Network Services Manager at Health Choice Network, Project Manager at Soft-Aid, Inc., Account Executive Project Manager at CDL HealthCare Systems, and Office & Billing Manager at Karl, Kirstein, Hamburg and Schrager, MD's. Dhana started their career as the Billing Office Manager at Hernan Carrion, MD & Andrew Labbie, MD. Dhana Frances (formerly Leal), CSM has a diverse education history. In 1986, they graduated from Miami Edison Senior High School with a High School Diploma, focusing on General Studies. Following that, in 1987 and 1988, they attended Miami Dade College, studying Political Science and Government.

In 2001, Dhana pursued further education at Florida Computer and Business School, focusing on Microsoft Office Suite. In 2006, they attended Barry University, specializing in Management Excellence. The following year, in 2009, they enrolled in Dale Carnegie Training, enhancing their leadership skills and customer service expertise.

More recently, in 2020 to 2022, Dhana studied Project Management at the University of South Florida. This comprehensive education equipped their with the necessary skills and knowledge for efficient project management.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Dhana Frances has obtained multiple certifications in various areas.
