Michael O'Meara has over 25 years of work experience. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Consultant for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants. From 1996 to 2002, they worked as a Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Principal Consultant for IBM. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Digital Technology Strategist and IT Manager for Central Garden and Pet. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as President for SmartCoast, LLC. Since 2018, they have been working as VP of Operations and Director of Operations & Process Improvement for HealthBridge.

Michael also holds certifications from Microsoft, Pink Elephant, SAP, and WMPMI Project Management Institute Western Michigan Chapter, obtained in 2014, 2012, 1996, and 2014 respectively.
