Carol Montandon

Carol Montandon serves as the Chair of the Global Board of Directors for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association since January 2021, also fulfilling the role of Board Member and Secretary/Treasurer on the Executive Committee. With a distinguished career at Johnson & Johnson spanning from 1994 to December 2023, Montandon held several key positions including Chief Quality Officer and Global Vice President of Quality & Compliance, overseeing quality and compliance across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Consumer Health. Montandon has also led the Johnson & Johnson Women's Leadership Initiative, focusing on the advancement of women within the organization. Prior leadership roles include positions at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Animas Corporation, LifeScan, and Baxter Diagnostics, along with academic qualifications that include an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Evansville.
