Andrew Felix

Andrew Felix is currently a Consultant Advisor at Healthcare IT Leaders. Prior to that, they were a Technical Recruiter at Axelon Services Corporation from September 2018 to April 2020. In that role, they recruited for various technical, industrial, and administrative positions for Eaton Corporation and Novartis. Andrew matched job requirements with potential candidates, screened candidates to make sure they were a fit with clients, communicated with candidates via email and telephone, both cold calling and prescheduled calls, answered jobs and submitted candidates to job openings quickly and effectively, and assisted coworkers who were having difficulty with sourcing candidates. Andrew also communicated clearly to candidates about their job assignments and answered and/ or found the person to best answer questions candidates had about the job, payroll, healthcare, onboarding, etc. In addition, they coordinated job rotation to make sure jobs were assigned to other members of their team and were responded to quickly and correctly, and ascertained their teammates were sourcing for the correct candidates to fill the jobs. Andrew also managed time between searching for candidates for new jobs, old jobs, team members that need help finding candidates, assigning jobs that come out to team, assisted with onboarding, formatted resumes, coordinated interviews, start dates, and start details with candidates, oversaw that timesheets are completed and entered correctly, answered their workers questions, and ended contractor assignments. Andrew also covered for Account Manager when they were sick or had days off to maintain professional communication between our team and our clients. Furthermore, they trained and practiced “mock call” exercises for newly hired recruiters and participated in calls with clients regarding specific jobs

Andrew Felix received a Bachelor's degree in Human Health from Emory University and an Associate's degree from Oxford College of Emory University.
