Nicole Payne

Nicole Payne has a strong background in healthcare leadership, with roles at Metro North Hospital and Health Service and Healthcare Logic. At Metro North, they served as Nursing Director, overseeing strategic outpatient programs and providing leadership in digital innovation. Additionally, they led clinical service improvement programs and guided strategic clinical streams. At Healthcare Logic, they held positions as Director of Customer Success and Director of Hospital Engagement.

Nicole Payne earned their Registered Nursing certificate from Gold Coast Hospital in 2002. Nicole went on to complete a Master's degree in Health Management at QUT in 2016. In 2019, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Health Service Innovation from QUT. Most recently, in August 2020, they obtained the Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) from Queensland Digital Academy/Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH).
