Prashant Arukia has had a varied and extensive career in the industry. Prashant began their career in 2004 as a Financial Advisor at Reliance General Insurance. In 2006, they joined Dish TV as an Assistant Team Leader. In 2010, they worked as an Operation, Marketing Support & Operational Research at GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute and as an Assistant Partner (Operations and Marketing) at GVK EMRI - 108 Emergency Services. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) as a Project Manager, leading the Affordable Healthcare Technologies Division's biggest projects. In 2016, they joined HealthCube as Vice President- Project Implementation & Customer Excellence (Cx), Head of Business Development- Government & CSR Verticals, India, and Head- Implementation & Support, creating project implementation plans and outlining activities, necessary steps, and risks. Prashant was also Head- Project Implementation, Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Manangement.

Prashant Arukia has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University, specializing in Commerce Graduate. In 2008, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SCMLD in the field of Marketing. In 2011, they received their BLS certification from the American Heart Association in the field of Medical. In 2014, they were Green Belt Certified from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), New Delhi in the field of Six Sigma.
