Natasha MacKey

Natasha Mackey is the Director of Clinical Services at Healthe Care Australia and Gosford Private Hospital, a role assumed in late 2021 after joining the organization in 2020. With oversight of over 600 staff and support for more than 200 credentialed doctors, Natasha provides leadership and clinical governance for the hospital. Natasha's nursing career spans over 30 years at NSW Health, where roles included Nurse Unit Manager for Surgical Services and Nurse Educator, with a strong focus on critical care and the development of new graduates and existing clinical teams. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing and Aviation Medicine from Westmead Hospital.
