Ken Hayes

As a leader of HealthEdge, Ken brings a deep perspective to Customer Success Program. Ken joins from NTT DATA Inc., where he held multiple positions; Chief Operating Officer and SVP Leader for the Health Plan and Life Sciences business unit, prior to NTT DATA, Inc., he spent 18 years at TriZetto-Cognizant with roles in account management, new business development and P&L owner for TriZetto clients. In addition, Ken worked for Oracle Corporation and Intel Corporation. Ken believes in, and is passionate about, building strong and successful business partnerships, creating value and achieving results that exceed expectations by building, leading, training and coaching high performing teams and is looking forward to helping customers to succeed in the market. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Ken volunteers as an interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania undergraduate applicants and as a Wharton student mentor. Ken holds a GMP from The Wharton School Of the University of Pennsylvania, and MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA from Brigham Young University. Ken is also a graduate from the Kellogg School of Management AHIP leadership program.
