Jackie Maher

Jackie Maher has extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications and technology platforms. Jackie is currently working at HealthEquity as a Telecom Engineer Principal, where they are leading the IVR space for the Product Team and working on a migration to the Cloud. Prior to this, they held the position of Technology Platform Lead at Further, where they worked as the Genesys Cloud IVR Admin and Developer. Before that, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota as a Systems Engineer Principal/Technical Lead, leading a project to replace the IVR platform and improving caller experience. Jackie also served as an Application Portfolio Lead and Application Architect Principal, responsible for IVR application development, support, and troubleshooting.

Jackie Maher obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Individualized Studies with a focus on Information Technology & Leadership from North Hennepin Community College between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued Computer Science at Brown College from 1989 to 1990.
