Kate Grimaldi

Kate Grimaldi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People Partners at HealthEquity, Kate previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at People & Culture Partners and served in multiple capacities at Paylocity, including Senior Director of HR and People Strategy and Director of HRBP & Strategic Talent Management. Additionally, Kate was the Head of Human Resources at Monark Premium Appliance and a Human Resources Business Partner at Sears Holdings Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago.
