Kevin McMillen

Kevin McMillen has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to project management and program leadership. Kevin started their career at BearingPoint as a Senior Management Analyst and worked there for four years. Kevin then joined ISN as a Business Associate Intern, where they gained experience in cost feasibility studies, database development, and proposal coordination. After that, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Project Management Consultant, where they contributed to the creation of standardized business processes for clients. Kevin then joined TXU Energy as a Sr. Operations Analyst, where they led Lean projects, managed data conversion, and improved meeting management practices. Following that, they joined Cottonwood Financial as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects such as customer satisfaction surveys, customer retention, and sales improvements. Kevin'snext role was at Hilton as a Manager, Project Portfolio, responsible for managing project portfolios and as a Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing project delivery. Currently, they are working at HealthEquity as a Sr. IT Program Lead, managing IT programs and providing enterprise program management consulting.

Kevin McMillen has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, obtained between 1994 and 1998. Kevin later received an MBA in Information Systems/Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University from 2005 to 2007. Kevin also attended Centerville High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Agile Scrum Alliance™ in January 2016 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2019.
