Reshma K.

Reshma K. is an accomplished Senior HRIS Manager at HealthEquity since May 2018, with a significant background in human resources information systems management. Prior to this role, Reshma served as HRIS Manager and was self-employed, having previously worked at IGT from May 2011 to June 2017 as HRIS Manager/Program Manager and Project Manager/HRIS Analyst. Following the founding of Kaleidoscope Consulting from 2007 to 2011, Reshma contributed to the field as an SAP HCM consultant at Capital Group and as an independent consultant for Andrew Corporation and Accenture. Earlier consulting experiences were gained at Deloitte, Satyam, and Rapidigm. Reshma holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
