Stacie Waddell

Stacie (Brubaker) Waddell has a diverse and extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Starting in 1998 at ADP, they worked their way up through multiple positions, including Sales Executive, Sales Director, and Corporate Sales Manager. Stacie achieved impressive results, such as qualifying for the President's Club and exceeding sales quotas. In 2012, they joined TransCentra as a Business Development Director, where they sold payment processing software and identified new channel opportunities. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Cornerstone OnDemand, first as a Regional Sales Manager and then as a Strategic Alliances Manager. Stacie managed partnerships, developed new business, and played a key role in assessing global partnership capabilities. In 2021, they joined HealthEquity as a Vice President, responsible for enterprise sales. Stacie further advanced their career within the company, becoming the VP and Enterprise Sales Leader in 2024. Throughout their career, Stacie has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, identify business needs, and drive sales success.
