Kathleen Chen is an accomplished Home Health Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in patient care and rehabilitation. Currently employed at HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice since February 2020, Kathleen received the Gabriella Koch Flex Award in June 2020 for outstanding patient care and dedication to the organization’s mission. Previously, Kathleen worked at Care Plus Nursing Services, Inc., where a holistic, client-centered approach was utilized to evaluate and treat patients in home settings. Additional experience includes roles at UC San Diego Health, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons as a Research Assistant, and various internships where therapeutic services targeted diverse patient populations. Kathleen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and Public Health from UC Irvine.
