Christopher Hamlett, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to business analysis and IT.

Since 2020, Christopher has been working at HealthHelp as a Sr. Business Analyst - IT. Christopher has been responsible for coordinating projects, managing resources, and preparing project documentation to increase efficiency and streamline operations. Additionally, they have adopted a servant leader mentality, coaching and mentoring colleagues on organizational best practices. Christopher also collaborates frequently with Scrum development teams to develop value-additive products and services through Agile development.

Prior to their current role, Christopher worked at AIM Consulting Group as a Technical Business Analyst from 2019 to 2020. During this time, they championed an Agile approach to project and development, implementing Scrum events and leading projects from conception to completion. Christopher also used Agile and Scrum software like Jira to log user stories and translate end-user requirements into deliverable items.

From 2017 to 2019, Christopher worked as a Business Analyst Consultant at UnitedHealth Group. Christopher utilized Agile and Scrum events, such as team retrospectives, to enhance business outcomes and increase overall team velocity. Furthermore, they developed and maintained SQL scripts for data analysis and extraction purposes.

Christopher also served as a Systems Integration Advisor at NTT DATA, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they acted as the primary liaison between business users and project/development teams, ensuring constant communication and collaboration. Christopher also collected and compiled analytical results to facilitate informed business decisions and championed an Agile environment based on principles like transparency and continuous improvement.

Before that, from 2013 to 2014, Christopher worked at CHRISTUS Health as an Application Analyst III - Team Lead. Christopher played a crucial role in ensuring thorough documentation, leading to insights and improvement efforts that led to a significant increase in customer satisfaction ratings. Additionally, they provided technical guidance, led a team of analysts and consultants, and applied patches and updates to meet requirements.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from DeVry University.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Hamlett has obtained two certifications. Christopher became Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in November 2022, and also earned the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) designation from Scrum Alliance in the same month and year.
