Irina Kozarez

Irina Kozarez has extensive work experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Developer/Analyst. Irina has worked at various organizations, including HealthHelp, Aetna (a CVS Health Company), UnitedHealth Group, Almac Group, DrugDev, NJ Juvenile Justice Commission, Law School Admission Council, Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, McKesson, and Telespectrum.

At HealthHelp, Irina worked as a Senior Business Analyst, where they served as a liaison between internal business stakeholders, IT, and external clients. Irina analyzed the current system, implemented requirements, and performed project management and business analysis responsibilities.

During their time at Aetna, Irina held the position of Senior Business Analyst. Irina served as a Product Owner and Implementation BA for an oncology care decision support platform. Irina worked closely with business, developers, stakeholders, and vendor management to translate requirements into solutions and ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements.

At UnitedHealth Group, Irina served as a Senior Clinical Business Analyst. Irina acted as a Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert for clinical projects, configuration modifications, and enhancements of the CommunityCare system. Irina collaborated with business, solution architects, and developers to gain a comprehensive understanding of UHG systems.

At Almac Group, Irina worked as a Business Analyst Consultant. Irina was responsible for the development of web-based CTMS applications used for various purposes, including kit delivery and dispensation, site and depot setup, visit logging, inventory tracking, reporting, and alert functionality. Irina also worked on the Customer Engagement Center Tool project, where they selected a COTS tool and customized dashboards.

At DrugDev, Irina served as a Business Analyst. Irina functioned as a liaison between the company's stakeholders and technology by analyzing and resolving business problems through the use of technology. Irina determined operational objectives, studied business functions, and evaluated output requirements.

Irina also worked at NJ Juvenile Justice Commission as a Developer/Analyst Consultant, at the Law School Admission Council as a Developer/Analyst, at Philadelphia Corporation for Aging as a Developer/Analyst, at McKesson as a Developer, and at Telespectrum as a Developer.

Irina Kozarez pursued their education at Temple University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 1990 to 1994. Irina further enhanced their educational qualifications by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Temple University between 1994 and 1996, specializing in the same field of study.
