Jennifer Myster

Jennifer Myster is the current President of Methodist Hospital at HealthPartners. Jennifer has previously held positions as Senior Vice President at Park Nicollet Health Services and Allina Health.

Jennifer Myster has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Jennifer started their career at Park Nicollet Health Services in 2002 as Senior Vice President. In this role, they led the consolidated specialty and diagnostics service line through strategic growth, integration, enhanced profitability, streamlined processes and shared quality improvement activities. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and execution of specialty services vision and goals. Jennifer also played an active role in the strategic planning and execution of broad organizational initiatives to achieve targeted business objectives.

In their current role as President of Methodist Hospital at HealthPartners, Jennifer Myster is responsible for leading the hospital through its transformation to a value-based care model. Jennifer is also responsible for optimizing the hospital's financial contributions and ensuring that quality care is delivered to patients.

Jennifer Myster has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Jennifer also has a BA in Biology from St. Olaf College.
