Lauren Gerlach

Lauren Gerlach is a seasoned policy professional currently serving as Senior Policy Manager at HealthPartners since July 2022. Previously, Lauren spent a decade at AcademyHealth, progressing through roles such as Director, Senior Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate from August 2012 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Web Producer for KSTP-TV at Hubbard Broadcasting and serving as a writer for the Minnesota House of Representatives. Lauren also held an internship at the National Academy for State Health Policy in 2011 and started a career as a reporter at Boone Newspapers from June 2007 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Media Studies from St. Olaf College.
