Jim Spencer

Jim Spencer is the current Chief Financial Officer at HealthPRO Heritage. Jim has also previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at FedBid, Inc. from February 2016 to December 2016, and as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at iBiquity Digital Corporation from July 2007 to January 2016.

At iBiquity Digital Corporation, Spencer was responsible for managing the finance, accounting, and information technology functions at the high-growth technology company. Jim also led all aspects of capital raising and debt restructuring, including discussions with potential investors, bankers, research analysts and creditors. Furthermore, they oversaw the implementation of substantial modifications to accounting and reporting policies, including changes to revenue recognition and fiscal year. Lastly, Spencer served as board supervisor of Chinese joint venture, HuaSheng Technologies where they were active in developing strategy and pursuing adoption of the HD Radio technology in China.

In their previous role at FedBid, Inc., Spencer lead all financial and accounting efforts for the high growth technology company. FedBid is a Revolution Growth portfolio company that is the leading provider of software and services for government reverse auctions.

Spencer has extensive experience in financial leadership roles at high-growth technology companies. Jim's deep understanding of both public and private accounting principles, as well as their experience in capital markets transactions makes him well-suited for their current role as Chief Financial Officer at HealthPRO Heritage.

Jim Spencer pursued a double major in economics and management statistics at the University of Maryland College Park before getting their MBA in finance from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Jim also attended Magruder High School.

Jim Spencer works with Meghan Donahue - Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Hilary Forman - Chief Clinical Strategies Officer, and Tom Guild - Chief Counsel. Jim Spencer reports to John Heller, Chief Executive Officer.
