Sarah Cavarra

Sarah Cavarra currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Health Rhythms since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Chief Clinical Architect at Wildflower Health from February 2022 to July 2023. Sarah's earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Director at Optum- Advisory Services from 2018 to January 2022 and as Manager at The Advisory Board Company, Clinovations from January 2014 to January 2022, where strategic healthcare solutions were developed. Additionally, Sarah acted as AMR Project Manager for Community Health Systems, Clinical Supervisor for Front Range Orthopaedics, Director of Clinical Operations for Emergicare Medical Clinics, and worked as a Clinic/Surgery RN at Alpine Orthopaedics from February 2007 to May 2010. Sarah brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare operations, clinical management, and project implementation within various healthcare settings.
