Alyssa Roy

VP of Quality Improvement & Informatics at HealthRight 360

Alyssa is a mission-driven, organized, and process-oriented leader who is passionate about serving the community, quality improvement, informatics, data analysis, and helping health systems find opportunities in their programs to better support clients' health outcomes and goals. She has a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), with a concentration in Community Health from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Alyssa joins the HealthRIGHT 360 team as an experienced quality leader with a public health and healthcare administration background. She has managed many aspects of quality improvement in a variety of settings from a public health department to multiple federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) to consultative roles assisting FQHCs as well as The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) supporting the Northern California region’s managers and leaders. Recently, she served as the Quality Improvement Director at Gardner Health Services in Santa Clara County where she led the QI and Data team.

As Vice President of Quality Improvement and Informatics at HealthRIGHT 360, she works across the organization to promote data-driven performance management and assists internal staff in designing and implementing quality improvement initiatives in a manner that aligns with an organization’s overall strategy to achieve the Quadruple Aim. She serves as a chief advocate for spreading a culture of quality throughout all levels of the organization. Additionally, a key focus of her role is to strengthen their internal culture of team-based work and continuous improvement of the quality of their care through the creation and maintenance of a quality improvement infrastructure.
