Craig van de Weerd

Craig Van de Weerd serves as the General Manager of Billing & Collections at Healthscope, overseeing all related activities and leading a transformation initiative to enhance the service offerings for hospitals. Previously, Craig held the position of Head of Order to Cash at Team Global Express, directing a team responsible for managing over $3 billion in annual collections and billing. Craig's extensive experience also includes roles at nbn™ Australia as Executive Manager Billing, where a new billing strategy was implemented to support business scaling, and at BT as Global Service Delivery Manager, managing customer experiences for multinational clients. Additional prior roles include managerial positions at Sensis and AGL Energy, focusing on billing, credit operations, and customer advocacy. Craig holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Social Science from Swinburne University of Technology and various certifications in management and change management.
