Lianna began their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at Royal Health Care, where they provided exceptional customer service for two years. In 2014, they joined Independent Living Systems, LLC as a Data Analyst, utilizing their analytical skills to analyze data for three years.

In 2018, Lianna joined HealthSmart as an Enrollment Specialist and played a crucial role in managing the enrollment process for three years. Lianna was then promoted to the position of Operations Team Lead in October 2021, where they currently oversee the operations team and ensures smooth workflow.
