Dawn Walker has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn started their career at Quest Diagnostics, Inc in 2005, where they served as a Group Lead in Specimen Management until 2009. Dawn then transitioned to Ancillary Care Services, Inc in 2010, which was later acquired by HealthSmart. At Ancillary Care Services, they worked as a Customer Service Advocate and later as a Product Coordinator until 2015. Dawn continued their career at HealthSmart, where they held various roles including Ancillary Operations Coordinator from 2015 to 2018, Manager of Enrollment Services from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Dawn has demonstrated their expertise in project management, customer support, and strategic planning. Dawn has successfully resolved operational issues, developed action plans, and provided guidance to customers during implementation processes. Dawn is also skilled in data analysis and has created custom reports and analytics for both internal and external stakeholders.
