Heather M.

Heather M. has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Heather began their career in 1996 as an HR Assistant at Mercy Health, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they served as a Workforce Specialist at the Clermont Chamber of Commerce. In 1999, they joined U.S. Bank as a Human Resources Generalist, a role they held until 2004. Heather then worked as an Employment Manager at DJJ-The David J Joseph Company from 2004 to 2006. Heather then moved on to HealthSource of Ohio, where they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources from 2006 to 2017. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company.

Heather M. holds a Master's Degree in Business from Northern Kentucky University. Heather also has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, both from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they have obtained a Certification in Computerized Business Technology from US Grant Joint Vocational School.
