Alyssa Jones

Alyssa Jones is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and communications. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing at HealthStream since September 2024, Alyssa previously held various roles at TimelyCare from November 2018 to September 2024, including Director of Customer Marketing and Senior Manager of Customer Marketing, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness. Prior to that, Alyssa worked at Virbac as an Associate Communications Manager, overseeing social media and communications for the US subsidiary, and at the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance as Communications & Digital Manager. Alyssa's earlier roles include Communications Coordinator at Cooper Aerobics and internships in communications and media relations. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
