Anfisa Kaydak

Anfisa Kaydak has a strong background in data engineering and strategy with over 20 years of experience in the field. Anfisa has prior experience as the Director of Advanced Analytics at IMS Health from October 2011 to July 2012, and as the Associate Director of Data Analytics and Services at SDI Health from December 2004 to January 2012. In these roles, they worked extensively with multi-channel patient-level data stored in multi-terabyte data warehouses on different technical platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, and SAS. Anfisa managed development groups, led data investigations, and provided expertise on business methodology and technical analysis.

At the start of their career, Anfisa worked as a DBA and Project Coordinator at the American Association for Cancer Research from January 2001 to November 2004. Anfisa performed database administration, design, and maintenance tasks for corporate SQL Server 2000 databases. Anfisa also analyzed, planned, designed, and implemented new database structures, created stored procedures using Transact-SQL, and improved existing databases for optimal performance and data integrity.
