Ronen Orland began their work experience as a Research Intern at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering in 2018. During this time, they worked on a summer project to create a simulator for dielectrophoresis. Ronen simulated the effects of a dielectrophoretic force on different combinations of particles, mediums, and electrode configurations. Ronen also wrote an abstract for the Swanson School's summer research journal and presented a project poster at the University of Pittsburgh's Science 2018 convention.
In 2019, Ronen joined HealthVerity as a QA Automation Engineer. Ronen worked in this role until December 2022. Ronen then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer, Platform at the same company in December 2022, and is currently serving in this role.
Ronen Orland obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Ronen also possesses a certification in OSHA General Industry Safety and Health - 10 Hour Course, which they obtained in November 2013 from OSHA-Safety-Training.com.
