Tessy Huss has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Tessy began their career as an intern at the Luxembourg Institute for European and International Studies, where they organized conferences and edited publications. Tessy then worked at UNESCO, where they conducted stakeholder mapping and developed frameworks for social inclusion policies.

Subsequently, Tessy joined Trinity College Dublin as a research associate, participating in a UNESCO-led project focused on policy development and capacity-building in Southeast Asia. Tessy facilitated policy revision workshops in Malaysia, Cambodia, and East Timor.

In 2016, Tessy had multiple roles at HIQA - Health Information and Quality Authority. Tessy worked as an analyst and later became a project lead focusing on patient experience.

In the same year, Tessy also worked as a research assistant at Dublin City University, conducting a knowledge review on child injury prevention and developing an epidemiological profile of child injury in Ireland.

Most recently, Tessy joined HealthXL and has held various positions, including senior digital health consultant, head of market research, and currently, director of community strategy and growth.

Tessy Huss earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics and Sociology from University College Dublin, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Tessy then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Politics at Trinity College Dublin from 2011 to 2012.
