Jen Baltas

Jen Baltas has over a decade of comprehensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager at Healthy Directions since June 2013, where leadership of the Project Management Office and management of significant projects is key. Previous roles include Senior Project Associate, Student Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Peer Mentor Supervisor and Student Worker at Marymount University, Senior Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards, and Student Intern at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Marymount University.
