Marilyn Trout

Marilyn Trout is an accomplished founder and administrator with extensive experience in coaching and athletic performance. Since 2012, Marilyn has led the Sage Riders Masters Workshop Series and co-founded The Sage Project, both aimed at empowering Masters athletes through shared experiences and community engagement. As the owner and designer at Mountain Petals Landscape & Design since 2005, Marilyn provides comprehensive landscape services. With a coaching career starting in 1983, Marilyn has achieved notable recognition, including the Canadian Coaching Excellence Award and accolades as a member of the Canadian National Team from 1980 to 1988, participating in multiple World Championships and the Tour de France. Active in the International Christian Cycling Club from 1986 to 2000, Marilyn played a pivotal role in administration and event coordination. Marilyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical & Health Education from the University of Toronto and a diploma in Christian Studies from Tyndale University College and Seminary.
