Ray Huang

Ray Huang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and program oversight within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Healthy Planet since December 2021, Ray is responsible for the planning and build-out of new retail locations. Prior roles include Program Manager at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, where Ray managed $40M government-funded projects to assist immigrants and refugees, and a consultant at the City of Toronto, focusing on a city-wide expansion strategy for Nuit Blanche. Earlier experiences include a top-ranked sales role as a Brand Specialist at Guerlain and community engagement work at the City of Mississauga. Ray holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geography Sciences and Environmental Resources Management from the University of Toronto and a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
