Susanne Malmström

Susanne Malmström has been working in various roles since 1980. Susanne began their career as an Admin and Ekonomi at White arkitekter AB in 1980. In 1988, they became a Konsult ledarutveckling at Team & Ledarutveckling. From 1997 to 2002, they lived in Belgium. In 2002, they became an Utbildningskoordinator at IHM Business School. In 2020, they took on the role of Gästservice på skidanläggning at Tännäskröket. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head Of Customer Support at Heap Carsharing. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at Sunfleet Carsharing, where they were part of a project between Volvo and Hertz to fill the gap between permanent car ownership and car rental.

Susanne Malmström began their education in 1985 at Mitthögskolan, where they earned a degree in Informationslinjen + marknadsföring in the field of Information, kommunikation och journalistik. In 1996, they earned a Projektledare degree from Projektledarutbildning. Susanne then returned to Mitthögskolan in 2009 to study Infolinjen in the field of Kommunikation, journalistik och liknande program. In the same year, they also completed a course in Personligt ledarskap at IHM Business School.
